I don’t think I got the full yield from my windlws toner cartridge but the message “Toner Life End” or “Replace Toner” is displayed on the machine or the LED is on or flashing.

Have you connected the printer directly to the laptop or the desktop? Contact your network administrator that is me. The laptop should be printing directly to it through the network rather than printing through the desktop anyway.
I have reinstalled the print driver and in the process it was able to find the printer just fine during the installation process. In Mac OS X I have the same question 6. This thread is locked. I print mainly black and white documents. I cannot uninstall the printer driver using Printer Driver Uninstall Tool.
